We've been waiting to welcome this garlic since it was planted back in October. We are very happy with our first harvest with over over 7000 bulbs. The rain tested us a little this summer and some of the Italian bulbs looked smaller, but honestly when you crack them open the cloves are big and flavorful. Music, German Whites, Italian Red, Georgia Fire, Russian Red and Chesnick Red are on the larger side and look beautiful! You'll find the garlic out on the Farmstand on Chaffee Road. Look for the signs. We've been putting the garlic out daily along with some honey. We hope you enjoy.
